This durable nylon strap with wheel bonnet is designed to adjust to fit 13" to 17" tires. Two ends of the strap are fitted with a heavy duty 2" flat hooks and the other end fits into a 2" ratchet.

Need to state it is only one and not a pair.
I needed new straps for 3 of our rental dollys. When I order I thought because it takes 2 to work w/dolly that they were in a pair not individually. Need to add a statement in the catalog that it is only one strap and not a pair of straps.
