This is a popular stabilizer jack that is found on pop-up campers as well as enclosed trailers. The jack can be welded or bolted to bottom of frame. When not being used it is folded up against the bottom of the frame. The jack is easily flipped into the down position. Adjustable height makes it easy to level your trailer. A handle can also be purchased for operating the jack.
