The 22K Flatbed Companion 5th Wheel from B&W works with the BW1500 to allow you to pull a gooseneck or fifth wheel. The front to rear tilt capability enables easy hookup on uneven ground.

- For Steel Flatbeds only
- Fully articulating head allows front to back and side to side pivoting
- 10.5" from bed deck to top of coupler
- Cam action latching handle for easy release, even when parked on unlevel sites
- No mounting rails means using your truck for more than towing

- Utilizes the B&W Turnoverball model 1500 flatbed kit. (Must use BW1500 with BW3050)
